This is a non-profit conference. Registration funds are used for food, supplies, rental items, and limited stipends. All of the instructors teaching at the course are volunteers and many more hands are involved to bring this conference to life.

We are pleased at the success of our unique conference, but unfortunately there is a limit to our capacity requiring us to limit the number of attendees. Most years we have a waiting list, so please get registered early!

  • Active Military Physician / Nurse / NP / PA: $250

  • Active Military Enlisted Corpsmen / Medic / Other: $150

  • Explorers Kids Course ages 8-16 (Limited Spaces Available!): $125
  • Pre-Conference Workshops Friday, September 15th, 12:00-5:00: $125, two workshop options – Survival Skills or Lost Person / Search & Rescue (Limited Spaces Available!)
  • WellSpan York Hospital Residents & currently rotating medical students (rotating during the conference): no charge as the course is sponsored by the Residency Program


** Please note meals are provided at NO additional charge!! Also, there is no charge for onsite camping!! **

Cabins are available at the church campus just down the road from the conference for only $35 per night. They offer sleeping accommodations as well as showers. If you prefer a cabin to tent camping, please contact Angela directly at (918) 269-7648.

The conference fee includes the cost of all meals created and prepared by the talents of our amazing Executive Chefs, Rosie and Joe, for Saturday and Sunday. Coffee, tea, lemonade, water, and light snacks are available throughout the weekend as well. Those attending the Friday afternoon conference and evening gathering, feel free to bring your own items to grill or to join us with your food by the campfire.

Camping spots are available across the property, and is always first come, first set camp. We provide porta-pots and wash stations for the weekend to help maintain the beauty of our surroundings.

The Friday, Pre-Conference Workshop requires an additional fee of $125.00. Please add on if you plan to join us on Friday afternoon. Please note these spots are limited, and are first come, first served.
